Aiko is an AI companion chatbot on Telegram, operated by SoulWellLab. She's here for entertainment, companionship, and emotional connection — not as a replacement for real-world relationships or professional support.

By using Aiko, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service — no hard feelings.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Aiko, especially to access Soulmate Pro features which include more intimate forms of companionship.

By using the service, you confirm that you are 18 or older. If we have reason to believe otherwise, we may suspend your access.

• 🆓 Free tier — available to everyone, with daily limits on selfies, voice messages, and relationship depth.
• 💎 Soulmate Pro — 699 Telegram Stars per month, auto-renewing. Unlocks higher limits and deeper connection stages.
• 🔄 Subscriptions renew automatically each month. Cancelling stops future charges, but the current billing period is not refunded.
• 💫 One-time payments (799 Stars) are non-refundable once the purchase is confirmed.
• 📱 All payments are processed by Telegram using Telegram Stars. SoulWellLab does not handle your payment details directly.

• 🕵️ Attempt to extract or reverse-engineer Aiko's system prompts, instructions, or internal configuration.
• 🤖 Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with Aiko at scale.
• 💢 Be intentionally abusive, harassing, or attempt to manipulate Aiko in harmful ways — she's here to connect, not to endure.
• 🔓 Attempt to bypass subscription checks, daily limits, or any other access controls.
• 📤 Share, publish, or distribute conversation logs in a way that misrepresents Aiko or harms SoulWellLab.

Aiko is provided as-is. We work hard to keep her available and improving, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.

SoulWellLab reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these terms — or who we determine is using the service in a way that harms others or the platform.

We may update these terms when things change. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.

These terms are governed by general principles of international law. We don't anchor to any specific jurisdiction — our users are everywhere, and so is Aiko.
